Exploring how everyday objects can be given a new meaning by arranging them into an architectural landscape. We view the subjects from a hight as with a street map or the view from a drone. The B&W approach, with a hint of soft hue tint, accentuates the shapes of the individual objects and the relationship to each other. By creating negative / positive space they are trying to challenge the perception of space through light and perspective. This approach has been influenced by the artist Laszlo Maholy Nagy and is a collaboration with Tara Holmes.
